Directions:
Short Term Use Only: Recovery Soak should be limited to a maximum of 3 days per week.
1. Fill your bathtub with water. Put 2 table spoons your Recovery Soak into the bath
2. For the full therapeutic benefit, we recommend uses before bedtime, soak for 20 - 40 minutes and Drink 8 oz of Water Before and After Bath.
